Our office hours are 9am to 6pm on weekdays and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. For all emergency maintenance that occurs inside these hours please call the office number 01273 622664 and one of our team will be able to deal with the issue and liaise with our maintenance teams.
For all non-emergency maintenance it is best to email the office on maintenance@qsalesandlettings.co.uk so a written record can be kept of maintenance problems.
If an emergency does come up outside of office hours and it cannot either wait until we are open or damage reducing measures can’t be taken i.e. turning off the water stop cock or gas to the property, then you should use the numbers below. If for any reason no one picks up on the numbers provided then you will be required to look up an alternative emergency contractor for the specific problem. We do sometimes receive emails out of office hours so it is best to send us an email as well.

Please make sure you have taken a common sense approach to any issue that arises and checked to make sure the problem does not have a simple solution such as checking the fuse board doesn’t just need resetting.
