All tenants must then come to the office to reserve a property and sign the reservation agreement. Guarantors income can be made up from salary, dividend, savings or pensions. Self employed guarantors MUST have one years worth of accounts and can be verified using an accountants reference or their SA302 form from HMRC.

Tenants and guarantors will have 48 hours to fill in an online referencing form and then 14 days from that point to complete the referencing with a successful outcome.
