All applicants must then sign the reservation agreement electronically, then pay a holding deposit to reserve the property. Tenants and guarantors will have 48 hours to fill in an online referencing form and then 14 days for all references to be fully returned and all information verified with a successful outcome. All payments to Q Estate Agents must be paid by the lead tenant on behalf of the whole group.
