Emergency maintenance is where there is a risk of damage to the fabric of the property or to life. If an emergency does come up outside of office hours and it cannot either wait until we are open or damage reducing measures can’t be taken i.e. turning off the water stop cock or gas to the property, then you should use the numbers below. If for any reason no one picks up on the numbers provided then you will be required to look up an alternative emergency contractor for the specific problem.
