Our office hours are 9am to 6pm on weekdays and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. For all emergency maintenance that occurs inside these hours please call the office number 01273 622664 and one of our team will be able to deal with the issue and liaise with our maintenance teams.
For all non-emergency maintenance it is best to email the office on [email protected] so a written record can be kept of maintenance problems.
Emergency maintenance is where there is a risk of damage to the fabric of the property or to life. If an emergency does come up outside of office hours and it cannot either wait until we are open or damage reducing measures can’t be taken i.e. turning off the water stop cock or gas to the property, then you should use the numbers below. If for any reason no one picks up on the numbers provided then you will be required to look up an alternative emergency contractor for the specific problem.

If you smell gas, turn off the gas to the property and alert the gas network immediately on 0800 111999. Gas shut off valves are noted in the schedule fo condition and often found on the gas meter.

Please make sure you have taken a common sense approach to any issue that arises and checked to make sure the problem does not have a simple solution such as checking the fuse board doesn’t just need resetting or using a plunger for a toilet blockage.

You see all sorts when you’re out and about on viewings, especially in a city as wonderfully diverse as Brighton & Hove. So it was real bonus to head of on a viewing in Walpole Terrace and get to watch the England rugby team training at Brighton College. Apparently this is the third time that England coach Eddie Jones has used Brighton as a training base so if you’re a rugby fan perhaps you should consider renting this smashing one bedroom flat.
